Our 2nd day began with a presentation of Jenn’s very impressive (and inspirational) ND Collection. All I can say is, WOW. I’m thrilled to be surrounded by Nancy Drew books and book collectors, and I’m learning tons about collecting. After that we ate a delicious lunch – or rather luncheon, as Nancy would call it. Then it was back on the bus to visit some vintage book stores and souvenir shops.
All that shopping and spending made us hungry again, so when we arrived at Sleuth Judy’s, it was time for sangria and a delicious selection of Hors D’oeuvres, followed by a beautiful cake featuring a Kachina Doll. 
Chocolate, my favorite. Last but not least, we took a trip to The Poisoned Pen Bookstore for a discussion of both the Kachina Doll and Shadow Ranch books. A quick stop outside the resort at a grocery store for munchies and snacks (because we wouldn’t want to be without snacks this week) made a fabulous day complete.
Sangria and cake sound like the perfect combination – cheers to Nancy Drew!
